Brotherhood of the Crow part 25

Here is the first little one of Orctober. I will have to think up a name for him since he is the leader of the unit. I used Kari's moodboard from Iron Sleet as my inspiration, as well as his Goblyn Slayer piece. I plan on doing the whole unit in bright colors, because I feel like goblins would like bright colored clothes. It is hard to tell on this model but I have given him black warpaint. I am going to do the same on the other models too and it should show up better since they don't have a nose guard.

    1. Thanks. I'll be doing a blue one and a green one for the other two shield bearers in the unit.

  2. Yep that shield is great, pallets a bit Blanche and the style a bit Millerish, certainly less cartoony than most anyhow. I like.

    1. Wow. I didn't think the Miller influence came through. Thank you. I decided to not go with the traditional red face.

  4. Goblins absolutely demand bright colors. In my mind they are the Beau Brummel's of Greenskin society.

    1. I think of them as having the mentality of mean children. Yes, they are mean, but still children and children like bright clothes. lol
