Please help my friend. Please.

This is not what you would call one of my normal posts, but this will be the most important one I've ever posted. I'm sorry if this isn't something that you would want to see and I know it is something that I never wanted to post. I've never posted anything like this before and in that regard I suppose I have been lucky. Something terrible has happened to someone I consider a dear friend. I use to live in Ireland, and my stay there would not have been even a fraction as good if it weren't for a very kind and supportive person that I met there. Her name is Stephanie and we spent a wonderful time together in Ireland. She has had some ups and downs while living in Ireland and right now she has been through a terrifying experience and has been the victim of a brutal and unprovoked attack. She was attacked and severely beaten by two men while going home from a friends birthday. She is trying to raise funds for facial reconstruction where the two men literally kicked her face in. Some of you may also know that I haven't worked in months and have no money. So I'm posting this in a plea that some of you may be able to help her in a way that I am currently unable. This isn't some random person on the internet needing help to me. She is someone who means more to me than I've ever been able to express to her. More, probably, than I will ever be able to show her. I hope maybe some of you will be able to help. Thank you all for anything you can do.

    2. How could I refuse such a heartfelt plea? I hope you do let her know how much she means to you, her faith in humanity must be pretty shaken at the moment and a devoted friend is worth more than any fundraiser can give. My prayers and best wishes for her recovery.

    3. Thank you. I talked to her last night and told her how much she means to me. She was very touched and even though I didn't have money I could contribute that my words meant more. So it made me really happy that I could make her feel a little better.
