Brotherhood of the Crow part 34

I'm still working on getting a new computer so it's more phone pictures for now.
Here is my beloved army standard bearer.
I decided to go with an old style feel. I've always loved Blanche's use of the Mona Lisa in his paintings so I decided to continue that tradition. At first I was planning on painting both sides of the banner with the same image. Unfortunately not only is that a pain, it is also more fun to paint two different images. For the second image I decided to recreate an Ian Miller painting, which I recently purchased. (More on that in a future post.) I decided to do a step by step on the paintings.

The second painting took fewer steps.

 The final product.

  2. Absolutely amazing work. I wish that we were both men of leisure and infinite wealth and time so that I could just pay you to paint for me and teach me how you do that.
